This technical foundation provided him with a strong understanding of the design, development, and operational aspects of real estate assets.
Leonard transitioned into real estate brokerage with Royal LePage, joining Broker Jackie Jiang’s top-producing team, where he honed his advisory and negotiation skills. He then founded his own brokerage, The Key Market, gaining invaluable experience running a full-service real estate business and serving a diverse range of clients.
