She provides strategic advisory services to investors, operators, and developers across Ontario, specializing in seniors’ housing, private schools, and a broad range of commercial asset classes including industrial, office, retail, multi-residential, and development land.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Kristen held executive roles with leading Canadian commercial development companies, gaining hands-on experience in operations, land development, marketing, and sales. This background gives clients practical insight into complex transactions, asset positioning, and development considerations.
